Stakeholders
Promoters, partners, and patrons
Legally Centre is organised around three stakeholder relationships. Each one has a defined route into the portal. None of them replaces a court, tribunal, government authority, legal-services authority, or an advocate.
The map
One portal, three relationships
Promoters carry participation. Partners carry referral and coordination. Patrons carry public access. The three routes meet in JURIS, JUDIS, and JUST.
| Stakeholder | Wing | Membrane | Entry route | Primary work |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Promoter | JUDIS | OPENWORLD → DESICALL → RIGHTS | Join OPENWORLD, then Login | Guide seekers, document routes, mentor trainees, steward LAWYAAR workflows. |
| Partner | JUDIS · FORMATION | Enrolled partner or intermediary | Partnership desk, then Join | NGO, paralegal, and professional referral and case-navigation coordination. |
| Patron | JURIS | Public · FREEDOM | Open JURIS, or Enrol FREEDOM | Read universal guides, UDHR and global instruments, country libraries, and public campaigns. |
Stakeholder 01 · JUDIS participants
Promoter
Promoters are local and thematic guides inside the participant wing. The role includes promoters, parenting roles, members, and trainees who help a justice seeker move from public information into a lawful route.
A promoter does not replace an advocate. The work is to orient, document, and refer: identify the forum, prepare the checklist, preserve the chronology, and keep the thread with the desk.
- Guide seekers from JURIS information into JUDIS participation.
- Help trainees progress OPEN → DESICALL and members toward RIGHTS.
- Steward the LAWYAAR route without promising an outcome.
- Record consent, referrals, and follow-up through the support desk.
Route and access
Join OPENWORLD, then Login to unlock JUDIS delivery infrastructure and the LAWYAAR workspaces. Promotion changes the tier inside the same UAAC; LevelUp changes the tier within the same UAAC block.
Join · OPENWORLD Login to LAWYAAR
Registration records the route; it does not create a solicitor–client relationship or an official representative status.
Stakeholder 02 · Intermediaries
Partner
Partners are NGOs, paralegals, legal professionals, and organisational collaborators who extend justice-navigation pathways under The UNITION native charters and the LAWYAAR campaign.
Phase 1 keeps partnership to coordination, referral, and public-interest documentation. Limited case-navigation access belongs to a later phase and remains supervised, logged, and bounded by consent.
- Receive a defined referral with the seeker's consent.
- Contribute country guides, checklists, and verified source links.
- Coordinate legal-aid, mediation, and representation pathways.
- Never present Legally Centre as a court, tribunal, or official record system.
Route and access
Start with the partnership desk so the relationship, jurisdiction, and scope are recorded. The desk then routes the organisation to Enrol or Join and to the appropriate referral workflow.

Partner coordination is recorded server-side. Confidential case material is never published.
Stakeholder 03 · Public and proposed
Patron
Patrons are public visitors, supporters, and proposed participants in the non-participant wing. They use JURIS for universal legal guides, UDHR and global instruments, and country libraries.
Public pages stay open. FREEDOM enrolment adds the public resource library and registered support tickets without turning a patron into a litigant party or a member.
- Read public information without enrolment.
- Use the locale gate to confirm country and continent on entry.
- Enrol FREEDOM to keep a registered library and support route.
- Escalate to an advocate or Legal Services Authority for case-specific advice.
Route and access
Open JURIS for the universal library. Enrol FREEDOM when you want a registered route and support tickets; Join OPENWORLD only when you intend to participate in JUDIS and LAWYAAR.
Public information is general guidance, not case-specific legal advice.
Safeguards
How the three roles are kept accountable
- Separate law, allegation, opinion, and advocacy in every published item.
- Use neutral language for pending or contested matters.
- Provide a remedy or next step with every rights-violation topic.
- Record consent before sharing a seeker's details with a partner.
- Keep legal review, source, and audit history for published content.
